March 13, 2010- Transformer fire in the Township

March 13, 2010-  At 18:23 the Schuylkill Haven Fire Department was dispatched to the area of 1510 Route 61 (Formerly Pottsville Open MRI) for a transformer on fire.  Duty Chief 720 (Peel) arrived on scene to find the fire to the rear of the building.  All units remained on scene until the electric company arrived to fix the problem.
